Custom Hoists’® single-acting telescopic cylinders feature a number of benefits to perform in today’s rigid applications. We use high-strength DOM tubing throughout the cylinder to work in applications with system pressures up to 3,000 PSI. Available to meet your specific demands are 2” through 14.25” plunger diameters with strokes up to 440” and two through six moving stages. Our cylinders also have adjustable v-packing to seal high and low pressure. Threaded headnuts for extra strength and field seal adjustments, dual lip wipers to prevent contamination entry, beveled plunger stops and stop rings for plunger centering, unsurpassed lifting capacity and an easy access bleeder valve. Custom Hoists offers a variety of end mountings and either standard NPTE or SAE o-ring ports to match specific requirements.
Available on request are hard chrome plated or nitrided plungers, automatic bleeder valves and double-acting last plungers if your application requires the body to be pulled back over center.
